A great day was spent travelling along back country roads from Milthorpe to Dubbo, stopping at Molong and Wellington. This would have to be one of the best of all the seldom hit pockets of Australia. Great concrete, top notch little bakeries and country pubs where everyone is up for a chat.
Molong is a classic bowl with fast lines and perfectly set coping.
It has a rad little chill section to warm up on.
I couldn’t drive past here without stopping.
In this sea of discarded metal objects there were some diamonds in the rough. It makes you dream of finding a project to spend hours upon hours with in an old shed.
Wellington was a rough little town with a heavy clover. It took well over an hour to clean so I made sure I got some before it was time to hit the road.
The kids section was really fun.
The local Aboriginal health service took it upon themselves to get some messages graffed. It was pretty weird.
